    1: Introduction

    Welcome to ORBI.pk, a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across Pakistan. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

    2: Seller Registration and Subscription

    Sellers are provided 3 months of free access to list and sell their products on ORBI.pk.After the free period, a monthly store rent of $3.5 is applicable to continue selling on the platform. There is no commission charged on any product sales.

    3: Buyer Responsibilities

    Buyers must provide accurate information for purchases. Payments should be made securely using the available payment methods on ORBI.pk.Any disputes regarding products must be resolved directly with the seller or through ORBI.pk’s dispute resolution process.

    4: Seller Responsibilities

    Sellers must ensure that their listed products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Products should be accurately described, and any misleading information may result in account suspension. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders on time and addressing customer queries. Sellers must not use copyrighted images without proper authorization.

    5: Payment and Fees

    The monthly store rent of $3.5 must be paid to maintain an active seller account. ORBI.pk does not charge any commission on product sales. All transactions should be conducted through ORBI.pk’s approved payment gateways. Payment release cycle: Seller earnings will be released every weekend.

    6: Prohibited Activities

    Selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products is strictly prohibited.Engaging in fraudulent activities, including false advertising and fake reviews, will result in immediate account termination. Spamming or misusing ORBI.pk’s platform is not allowed.

    7: Dispute Resolution

    ORBI.pk provides a dispute resolution system for buyers and sellers. Complaints should be reported within 7 days of receiving an order. ORBI.pk reserves the right to mediate disputes and take necessary actions.

    8: Account Suspension and Termination

    ORBI.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Sellers who fail to pay the monthly store rent after the free period may have their store deactivated until payment is made.

    9: Trademark and Copyright

    ORBI.pk Logo and Name: The ORBI.pk name, logo, and any associated branding are registered trademarks of ORBI.pk and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of these trademarks without permission is prohibited.

    Content Ownership: All content provided by ORBI.pk, including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, and written content, is the property of ORBI.pk and is protected by copyright laws.

    Sellers' Responsibilities: Sellers must not use ORBI.pk’s trademark, logo, or any copyrighted material without obtaining prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action or account suspension.

    10: Liability and Indemnification

    ORBI.pk acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or any disputes between buyers and sellers. Users agree to indemnify ORBI.pk from any claims or damages arising from their activities on the platform.

    11: Amendments

    ORBI.pk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

    12: Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
