Payment Questions

Absolutely. We use a PCI-DSS compliant, 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateway to process all card payments. Your card information is never stored on our servers.
After selecting this option at checkout, our bank account or mobile wallet details will be displayed. Please make the transfer and send a screenshot of the receipt to our WhatsApp number with your Order ID to confirm.
Yes, COD is available for all orders across Pakistan. However, for orders above PKR 10,000, we may require a partial advance payment for confirmation.

Full Payment Terms

1. Currency

All prices listed on Orbi.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all local taxes. The final amount charged at checkout will be in PKR.

2. Payment Security

We prioritize your security. All credit/debit card transactions are processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway that is PCI-DSS compliant. Orbi.pk does not store or have access to your sensitive card information.

3. Order Verification

For the security of our customers, we may conduct a verification process for certain orders, especially for high-value transactions or where payment information mismatches. All Cash On Delivery (COD) orders require a phone call or SMS verification before being processed.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

When choosing COD, please ensure you have the exact amount ready to be paid to the courier upon delivery. The courier agent will not be able to provide change. Failure to pay at the time of delivery will result in the order being cancelled and returned.

5. Payment Failure

If your online payment fails, please first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, please try an alternative payment method or select Cash on Delivery. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received by us.
